2. Scope & Geographic Limitation

Vidan Medical Staffing currently operates exclusively within Canada.

Our Platform and services are not intended for use outside Canada. Any access from outside Canada is at the user's own initiative and risk, and personal information will be processed under Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Important Operational Clarification: At our current MVP stage:

  • Vidan Medical Staffing does not operate an open marketplace
  • Workers are not self-matched to employers
  • Staffing decisions are internally managed and coordinated by Vidan

Vidan is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information supplied by users.

Vidan Medical Staffing is currently operating a managed staffing coordination model, whereby workforce matching and deployment decisions are facilitated internally by Vidan.

As our Platform evolves, we may introduce additional features, including self-serve tools that allow healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations to express interest in roles, availability, or assignments directly through the Platform.

If such features are introduced:

  • The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information will remain subject to this Privacy Policy
  • Any material changes to how personal information is shared, matched, or displayed will be clearly communicated in advance
  • Users will be given the opportunity to review updated terms and privacy notices before continued use
  • Additional controls, consent mechanisms, or visibility settings may be introduced to protect user privacy

The introduction of new features will not alter our commitment to confidentiality, data protection, and compliance with applicable Canadian privacy laws.
